Colonnade Club (Pavilion VII)
Nestled in the midst of the historic Grounds, The Colonnade Club offers a wonderful view of some of the University of Virginia’s most well-known landmarks.
The lush Lawn and the classic architecture of the surrounding pavilions create an exceptional atmosphere. Inside Pavilion VII, the ambiance continues with rooms handsomely furnished with a Jeffersonian touch. The Club offers a variety of meeting and reception spaces that can accommodate both large and small groups for a variety of events.

Housing & Residence Life Offices Closed
Housing & Residence Life offices at Gibbons (425 Tree House Drive) will be closed on Monday, January 17 for Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. On-Grounds mailrooms will remain open.

First-Year Residence Halls Reopen
All first-year housing areas -- Alderman Road, Gooch/Dillard, and McCormick Road -- will reopen for Spring Term 2022 on Sunday, January 16, 2022.

2022-2023 Standard Housing Application Deadline
Students applying to live in a new upperclass on-Grounds housing area next year will be able to access the standard housing application process for 2022-2023 on Wednesday, December 1, 2021.
The application deadline is Friday, January 21, 2022.

Lawn Application Deadline
Life on the Lawn is an incredible, unique experience, and the Lawn Selection Committee will soon begin the difficult task of choosing the 2022-2023 Lawn residents.
The application opens on Monday, November 29 with a deadline of Wednesday, January 5, 2022.
Residents on the Lawn must be full-time undergraduate degree applicants in their final year of undergraduate study at the University
